This Week: Shows in NYC

Choices Large

It’s SXSW 2016 time and as you read this I am making my way to Austin, where I will attend and report on this year’s festivities.  Although when one is down there, it feels like every band in the world and most of their audiences are there too, that is hardly the case.

This year it seems to me that SXSW may have affected the number of shows here in NYC.  Still, this week stacks up as a pretty decent week, period.  So here’s what’s happening this week in the five boroughs.
