If you didn’t make it out of New York City on this holiday weekend, don’t fret. The weather promises to be cooler than it has been and the humidity is at a reasonable level. And at the original stage of The Rockwood Music Hall tonight, at 10pm, you’ll find Mieka Pauley. Mieka is an incisive writer, a powerful singer and a fine blues guitarist. Whether she is singing her own songs or playing a few choice covers, you’ll find yourself moved by Mieka’s performance. Tonight’s show is a special extended length one, which starts at 10pm and will continue through the 11pm hour. So whether you’ve seen Mieka before or she is new to you, this is the show to see.
