Yesterday Puss n Boots (Norah Jones, Sasha Dobson and Catherine Popper) released their first album, No Fools, No Fun. Last night the band played their sold out record release show at The Bell House. People came from as far away as Alberta and Alabama to see this show, and one guy who was at their first ever show many years ago was there as well. It was a long show, with PNB playing for nearly two hours; you’ll find the full set list at the end of this post.
As usual, Norah played lead guitar, Cat played bass and guitar and Sasha played rhythm guitar, drums and bass. Sasha played only an amplified acoustic guitar this time around. During the evening, the band mentioned how people had managed to mangle the name of their record to No Food, No Fun and transform the band’s name to Puss n Butts.
