Breaking: Additional Performers, Free Food Announced for Haiti Benefit Concerts

Following up on the concerts for Haiti announced yesterday by City Winery and The Bell House, here is additional information.  At City Winery, more artists have been announced for each show.  The line ups for the four shows as things stand late Sunday morning are as follows:

Wednesday, Jan 20th
Patti Smith, The Swell Season, John Wesley Harding, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Yo La Tengo, Young People’s Choir.  Further information and tickets.

Thursday, Jan 21st
Lewis Black, Vernon Reid & Corey Glover of Living Colour, Rich Pagano & The Sugarcane Cups, Marshall Crenshaw, Willie Nile. Further information and tickets.

Sunday, Jan 24th
Rosanne Cash, Brian Stokes Mitchell,Tambou Combo, Betty.  Further information and tickets.

Monday, Jan. 25th
15 Indie Artists:  The Bongos, Amber Rubarth, Ian Axel, Vienna Teng, Wes Hutchinson, Ari Hest, Will Knox, Joey Ryan, Rosi Golan, Nate Campany, Martin Rivas, Dov Rosenblatt, Alex Berger, Greg Holden, Howie Statland from NYCSmoke.  The house band: Kevin Rice, Chris Kuffner, Adam Christgau, Tony Maceli, Melissa Tong, Ward Williams, and Marika Hughes.  Further information and tickets.

Ticket prices: $20 (for the January 25th show), $50 (for the January 21st and 24th shows), $75 (for the January 20th show) plus special Big Heated Donor tickets which includes a bottle of wine signed by the performers at that day’s show ($200 for the January 20th, 21st and 24th shows; $75 for the January 25th show).

The Bell House show on January 27th now includes free food for early arrivers provided by Great Jones Cafe, Dub Pies, and more.  Ticket information will be announced tomorrow, Monday Janaury 18th.  Tickets are priced at $50.

Update: Tickets for The Bell House show go on sale on Monday, January 18 at Noon.
