Tonight: Five Shows, Four Opposite Each Other

It’s another night when everyone is in town and plays opposite each other.  Although The Little Willies at The Bell House is sold out, there are still five other good choices left and they are listed below.  The way the timing works out, you can see Sasha Dobson plus one of four other shows.

Sasha Dobson, Barbes, 376 9th Street, at the corner of 6th Avenue (F Train to 7th Avenue, use the 7th Avenue exit), 7pm, No Cover (but a contribution for the band is highly recommended)

The Pierces, Mercury Lounge, 217 East Houston Street between Ludlow and Essex Streets (F Train to 2nd Avenue, use the 1st Avenue exit, F Train to Delancey Street or J or M Trains to Essex Street), 8:30pm, $15

Update at 11:30am: The Pierces show is now sold out

The Lemonheads performing It’s A Shame About Ray, Food Will Win the War, Knitting Factory, 361 Metropolitan Avenue (Brooklyn) between Havemeyer and N. 4th Streets (G Train to Metropolitan Avenue or L Train to Lorimer Street), doors 7:30pm /show 8:30pm, $22-$25

Amy Speace with Sally Barris, The Living Room 154 Ludlow Street between Stanton and Rivington Streets (F Train to 2nd Avenue, use the 1st Avenue exit), 9pm, No Cover (But a contribution for the band is highly recommended)

Update at 3pm: Amy Speace will not be appearing, this will be a solo Sally Barris show

Elizabeth and The Catapult, Rockwood Music Hall Stage 2, 196 Allen Street between Houston and Stanton Streets (F Train to 2nd Avenue, use the 1st Avenue exit), 9:30pm, No Cover (but a contribution for the band is highly recommended)
