Since The Bell House opened, the front room bar had neither a stage nor a name. That’s now changed: a stage and sound system has been installed and the room is now officially The Frontier Room. Tonight, Bess Rogers will be the first musical guest to headline at that new stage; Katie Costello and Rachel Platten fill out the bill.
If you don’t know Bess, you really should. Her recent EP, playfully titled Bess Rogers Presents Bess Rogers, contains five well crafted songs. They run the the gamut from pop to rock to folk rock to pop punk. And to top it all off, Bess has assembled a top notch band. Still not convinced? Here is a video of Come Home, a song from that EP.
